Prepare the evaluation package
Please share the following nine items so the engineering review can start from the actual production conditions:
- PCB photo — show the insertion area, nearby components and board condition.
- Component photo — include the body, leads, keying and relevant handling surfaces.
- Part number or component list — identify each component included in the requested scope.
- Packaging details — show the actual incoming tray, tube, tape, bulk or other packaging condition.
- Current process — explain how the component is fed, handled and inserted today.
- Target capacity — provide the target output or cycle-time requirement.
- Main automation pain point — describe the stability, labor, handling or process issue to be reviewed.
- Sample availability — confirm whether representative components and PCBs can be supplied for evaluation.
- Expected project timeline — share the intended evaluation, trial or implementation schedule.
Photos support an initial review but do not confirm feasibility. Final scope and configuration depend on the reviewed samples, PCB data and agreed acceptance criteria.
